Family Plan
Family Plan
- Main member and spouse under 65 years
- Maximum of 6 children as follows:
– Under 21 years old
– Full-time students under 25 years old
– Disabled children for life
– Stillborn (after 26 weeks of pregnancy
Family Plan
- Natural: 6 months from date of receipt of first premium
- Accidental: on receipt of first premium
- Suicide: 12 months from date of receipt of first premium
N.B. Premiums must be paid in full each month without fail. No late payment of premiums

Individual Plan
Individual Plan
- Single/individual member 18 – 64 years old
- Single/individual member 65 – 84 years old
Waiting Period
- Natural: 6 months from date of receipt of first premium
- Accidental: on receipt of first premium
- Suicide: 12 months from date of receipt of first premium
